Benicull is ideally situated for all the delights Valencia has to offer; the beautiful beaches are a mere 20 minutes away, mountain areas are all around providing coolness and spectacular scenery.  Our small village has a village square with a church and is the hub of village life, coming alive in the evenings with villagers and families alike enjoying the many fiestas to be seen and enjoyed throughout the year, always culminating in the traditional Spanish firework display.  Benicull has 5 bars all typically Spanish, and an open air swimming pool also with its own bar! Many other bars and restaurants can be found in the nearby villages of Polinya and Albalat de la Ribera, just a few minutes away by car.

We are between 2 large towns - Alzira and Sueca both 10 minutes away.
Alzira is very buzzy with excellent shops, bars and restaurants and good parking but not touristy.  We are 15 minutes from the AP-7 motorway with an easy 20-minute drive into Valencia itself where you can sample fine cuisine, fine arts, museums, monuments, shopping and all that a big city has to offer. Numerous Shopping Malls abound around Valencia with great shops, food and plenty of free parking.  Train stations are only 10 minutes away making for an effortless day out to the City of Valencia.   Southwards the AP-7 takes you to the Costa Blanca with the towns of Javea, Denia, Moraira being only 45 minutes along the motorway, or slightly longer if you take the National N332 road passing through many different small towns and villages.

All seasons have their own special appeal in Valencia, from Spring with the orange blossom in full flower, filling the house with its wonderful scent, the whole area itself bathed in its unique aroma.  Summer days where a balmy breeze blows everyday to keep you cool, to the warmth of the evenings, relaxing outside amidst the perfumed garden with a cool drink. Autumn brings quietness to the area as the holidaymaker's head home, and the days are lovely and warm, the famous Valencian rice harvest is brought in and the green oranges swell on the trees.  Winter brings bright sunny days, ideal for sitting in a café beside the blue sea and golden sand, trees are now bountiful with bold globes of oranges, and as Christmas draws nearer the shops are laden with tempting goodies but easily bought not only for cheapness but the less hurried pace of shopping tranquilo style.  So, whatever season you choose for your visit we are sure you will enjoy Valencia to the full.
